Print Orders
How are the prints produced?
Each print is produced to order by a professional print partner. This means the artwork is printed only after an order is placed, rather than stored in advance.
This helps us offer multiple sizes and frame options without holding inventory, while keeping the print process focused on each individual order.
Are the prints made to order?
Yes. All physical prints are made to order. Production begins after the order is confirmed.
This allows each artwork to be produced in the selected size and frame option instead of being stored as pre-made inventory. For returns, replacements, and damaged orders, please see the Returns & Replacements section below.
What kind of paper do you use?
Our standard poster prints are produced on Premium Matte Paper, 200 gsm.
This paper has a smooth matte finish and is chosen because it works well for graphic poster art, abstract compositions, typography, gradients, and framed wall art. It gives the artwork a calm, non-glossy appearance suitable for modern interiors.
Is the paper glossy?
No. Our standard paper is matte, not glossy.
We use Premium Matte Paper because it reduces strong reflections and supports a softer, more interior-friendly presentation.
Why do you use matte paper?
Matte paper fits the visual direction of the project: quiet color, structure, graphic detail, and modern wall decor.
It is a balanced choice for both framed and unframed poster prints, especially for artworks intended to feel like visual objects for a room rather than high-gloss commercial posters.
Are these fine art prints?
Our standard direct-order prints are premium poster prints designed for modern wall decor, framed presentation, and everyday interior use.
They are not positioned as limited museum-grade cotton rag editions. Selected fine art or archival paper options may be available through specific platforms or special print options, but our main direct-order product is chosen for a balance of quality, price, and international fulfillment.
Will the colors match my screen exactly?
Printed colors may vary slightly from what you see on screen.
Color can be affected by screen brightness, display settings, paper type, ink, lighting, and the print process. We prepare artworks carefully for print, but a perfect screen-to-paper match cannot be guaranteed.
Are the artworks printed with borders?
Some artworks may include intentional white space, margins, or visual breathing room as part of the design. This is not necessarily a printing error.
The final appearance depends on the selected size, ratio, and print file prepared for that artwork.
Sizes
What sizes are available?
We currently focus on 9 selected sizes across three format groups:
3:4 — 15×20 cm / 6×8″, 30×40 cm / 12×16″, 45×60 cm / 18×24″, 60×80 cm / 24×32″
5:7 — 13×18 cm / 5×7″, 50×70 cm / 20×28″
ISO — A3 — 29.7×42 cm, A2 — 42×59.4 cm, A1 — 59.4×84.1 cm
Why do you offer selected sizes only?
We use selected sizes to keep the artwork proportions consistent and avoid unnecessary cropping.
Not every common poster size works well with every artwork. By limiting the available sizes, we can keep the presentation cleaner and reduce the risk of awkward cropping or layout changes.
Can I request a custom size?
Custom sizes may be possible in the future, but they are not part of the standard direct order options right now.
If a specific size is important for your space, you can contact us and we can review whether the artwork can be prepared for that format without damaging the composition.
Frames
Can I order a print with a frame?
Yes. Selected artworks are available as unframed poster prints or wooden framed poster prints.
Frame availability may depend on size, color, destination, and stock status.
What frame colors are available?
Our standard frame colors are: White / Wood / Dark Wood / Black
These options are chosen to work with different interior styles while keeping the ordering process simple.
What are the frames made of?
Our standard framed poster option uses a wooden frame with clear plexiglass protection.
Classic wooden frames are made from natural pine wood. Minor visual differences may occur between regions because frames are supplied through a global production network.
Do framed prints come ready to hang?
Our framed poster option is prepared as ready-to-hang when this option is selected. The poster arrives already placed inside the frame, so no assembly is needed before hanging.
What is the difference between ready-to-hang and not assembled framed posters?
We use the ready-to-hang framed poster option for our standard framed orders.
A ready-to-hang framed poster arrives with the artwork already placed inside the frame. A not assembled framed poster means the poster and frame are shipped together but separately inside the package. We mention this only to explain the difference between product types.
Do frames include a hanging kit?
Yes, framed prints include a hanging kit or mounting system depending on size and region.
Please note that screws or nails may not be included, so you may need suitable wall hardware for your space.
Can frames go out of stock?
Yes. Frames are stocked regionally and can occasionally become temporarily unavailable in a specific size, color, or destination region.
If a selected frame option is unavailable, we may need to offer another frame color, another size, an unframed print, or wait until the frame is available again.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We ship internationally through our print partner’s global production and delivery network.
Our print partner supports delivery to 200+ countries and regions, with local production in 32 countries and a network of 140+ print partners. Final availability, shipping cost, and delivery time are confirmed at checkout and may depend on the selected product, size, frame option, and destination.
Where are the prints produced?
Orders are produced through a global print network. Whenever possible, production is routed to a suitable facility close to the delivery destination to reduce shipping time, cost, and transport distance.
Some orders may still be produced in another country because of stock availability, production capacity, product type, or logistics.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping cost is calculated at checkout.
The final shipping price depends on destination, product size, frame option, package weight, and available shipping methods.
How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery time is shown at checkout and may vary by destination.
For some products and regions, estimated delivery may be around 7–8 business days, but this should be treated as an estimate rather than a fixed guarantee.
Will I receive tracking?
Tracking availability depends on the shipping method and destination.
When tracking is available, the tracking details are usually provided after the order has been produced and handed over to the shipping carrier.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Address changes may not be possible once production has started or the order has been sent to fulfillment.
Please check your shipping details carefully before placing the order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible.
What happens if I enter the wrong address?
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, the order may be delayed, returned, or lost.
Because each print is made to order, a replacement order caused by an incorrect address may require a new payment.
Packaging
How are framed posters packaged?
Framed posters are packed to protect the frame and print during shipping.
Packaging may include protective corners, wrapping, and sturdy outer packaging designed to reduce the risk of damage in transit.
Framed prints may include a protective film on the plexiglass. Please remove the film before displaying the artwork.
Can packaging vary by region?
Yes. Packaging may vary depending on product type, size, fulfillment partner, and destination.
The goal is always to protect the print during shipping, but exact packaging materials may differ by region.
Returns & Replacements
Can I return a print?
Because each print is made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or other customer-side ordering mistakes.
If the order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or is confirmed lost in transit, we will arrange a free replacement according to the issue type and available order evidence.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, we will arrange a free replacement.
Please contact us with clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging. This helps confirm the shipping or production damage and allows us to process the replacement.
What if my order has a defect?
If your order arrives with a production defect, we will arrange a free replacement.
Please send us clear photos and a short description of the issue. Production defects and quality problems that were not caused by the submitted artwork file are covered by our print partner’s quality guarantee.
What if I receive the wrong item?
If you receive the wrong item, size, frame color, or quantity, we will arrange a free replacement.
Please contact us with your order details and photos of what arrived so the issue can be confirmed and corrected.
What if I entered the wrong address?
If the shipping address was incorrect or incomplete, a free replacement may not be available.
Please check your address carefully before placing the order. If an order is returned, lost, or disposed of because of an incorrect address, a new order may need to be placed at the customer’s cost.
Do I need to send the damaged item back?
In most cases, you do not need to send the damaged or defective item back.
Made-to-order print partners usually do not provide a standard return address for fulfilled orders. Photo proof is normally used to review damaged, defective, or incorrect orders.
How long do I have to report a problem?
Please contact us within 30 days of receiving the order if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
For lost orders, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
What if my order is lost in transit?
If your order is confirmed lost in transit, we will arrange a free replacement.
Before a lost order can be replaced, the shipping address must be correct, the carrier tracking must not show the order as delivered, and several working days should have passed since the estimated delivery date.
What if tracking says delivered, but I did not receive the package?
If the carrier tracking shows the package as delivered, please first check your delivery address, mailbox, building reception, neighbors, local post office, or shipping carrier.
Orders marked as delivered by the carrier may not qualify for a free replacement because non-delivery cannot always be verified after a delivered scan.
Digital Downloads
Do you sell digital downloads?
Yes. Digital downloads are available through our digital marketplace channels for selected artworks and visual packs.
Digital downloads are a flexible option if you want to print the artwork yourself, choose a local print shop, use your own paper or frame, or create wall decor without waiting for international shipping.
Depending on the product, digital downloads may be offered as individual poster files, printable wall art sets, themed packs, or larger visual bundles.
Can I print a digital file myself?
Yes. Digital downloads are made for self-printing.
After purchase, you can download the file and print it at home, through a local print shop, or through an online print service. This is a good option if you want more control over paper type, frame choice, local production, or final print size.
For best results, we recommend using a professional print service and choosing a quality matte or fine art paper that suits your space.
What can I use a digital download for?
Standard digital downloads are intended for personal use.
You can print the artwork for your home, studio, office, gallery wall, creative space, or as a personal gift. You can also keep the file for your own personal archive and reprint it for your own use.
Digital files cannot be resold, redistributed, shared as downloadable files, uploaded to print-on-demand platforms, used as part of another product, or used commercially unless a commercial license is clearly included or purchased separately.
Are digital downloads the same as physical prints?
No. A digital download is a file you receive and print yourself.
A physical print is produced and shipped by a professional print partner. Choose a digital download if you want flexibility and local printing. Choose a physical print if you want a ready-made printed product delivered to you.
Do any digital products include commercial use?
Some marketplace platforms may offer different license types, including commercial license options for selected digital products.
When a commercial license is available, the permitted use is defined by the license shown on that specific marketplace or product page. Please review the license before purchasing if you plan to use the artwork for a business, product, client project, or commercial design.
Buying a standard personal-use digital download does not transfer copyright or commercial usage rights.
Can I edit or modify a digital artwork?
You may resize or prepare the file for personal printing, such as adjusting print dimensions, adding a border, or fitting the artwork to a frame.
You may not modify the artwork to create a new product for resale, redistribute edited versions, use it as a design asset in commercial work, or claim the artwork as your own unless a license explicitly allows that use.
Are digital downloads refundable?
Digital downloads are generally non-refundable once the file has been delivered or downloaded.
Because digital files cannot be physically returned, please check the product details, file format, size information, and license before purchasing.
Buying Options
Why are there different buying options?
We offer different buying options so you can choose the format that works best for your space, location, budget, and preferred checkout method.
Some buyers prefer ordering a ready-made physical print. Others prefer a digital download that they can print locally. Some prefer familiar marketplace platforms, regional delivery options, or specific product formats such as framed prints, metal posters, canvas prints, or printable bundles.
Each option is designed to give you a different way to enjoy the artwork.
Which buying option should I choose?
Choose Direct Print Order if you want the simplest way to order a physical poster print from our site.
Choose Digital Download if you want instant access to the artwork file and prefer to print it yourself through a local or online print service.
Choose Marketplace Options if you prefer buying through a platform you already use, want alternative product formats, or need a checkout and shipping option that works better for your region.
Why can prices differ between platforms?
Prices can differ because each platform uses its own production costs, materials, product formats, shipping rates, taxes, fees, promotions, and checkout structure.
The same artwork may therefore have a different final price depending on where and how you buy it.
What is Direct Print Order?
Direct Print Order is the main physical print option on our site.
It is designed for a clean and simple ordering experience: choose the artwork, select a size, choose framed or unframed, and complete the order. Prints are produced to order by a professional print partner and shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout.
This option is best for buyers who want a ready-made poster print without comparing multiple marketplaces.
What are marketplace options?
Marketplace options are alternative places where selected artworks are available.
These platforms may offer different materials, product types, regional checkout options, digital downloads, bundle formats, promotions, or shipping methods. They are useful if you prefer a specific marketplace or want a format that is not available through direct print order.
Marketplace availability can differ by artwork, product type, and platform.
Artwork & Project
Who creates the artworks?
This shop is a small creative project focused on poster art, color, structure, typography, abstract composition, and visual atmosphere.
Each artwork is created as a standalone visual object for modern spaces, studios, home offices, gallery walls, and quiet interior details.
Are the artworks part of collections?
Some artworks are grouped into visual collections based on style, color, structure, or atmosphere.
Collections help organize the work, but each poster can also stand on its own.
Can I request a specific artwork in another size or format?
You can contact us with the artwork name and the format you are looking for.
We cannot guarantee every custom request, but we can review whether the artwork can be prepared without damaging the composition.
Can I share photos of the print in my space?
Yes. You are welcome to share photos of the print in your home, studio, office, or interior.
